Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Support Team by email at support@moxielash.com right away. In-stock items are typically processed within 24 hours, so it is essential that you contact us as soon as possible so we can cancel your order before it is processed and dispatched. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to modify the contents of your order, change your shipping details, or have your shipment pulled back from the courier. Once your order has been successfully canceled, you will be refunded for the full amount of your purchase.

    If for some reason we are not able to cancel your order in time before the courier dispatches your product, it will take 5-7 days for your product to get to you.


    When you get your product, you can then return it back to MoxieLash for a full refund if there is no damage to the product. Please note that you are responsible for paying for the return of your product with USPS. MoxieLash will not cover the cost of your return.


    We strongly recommend you track your USPS order back to MoxieLash to ensure that it safely arrives. You can use the tracking system to see exactly where your return is. With that said, there will be no refund for lost orders in transit. So, please make sure to follow where your package is at all times.
