Exchange Policy?

    • MoxieLash is always happy to make sure that you’re satisfied with your order. 
    • We are pleased to accommodate exchanges within 30 days from the time your order was delivered. Simply send us an email to let us know if your lashes aren't quite the right fit for you!
    • Located in the U.S. and need to initiate an exchange? No problem. If you need to exchange your order for any reason, please send us an email within 30 days of delivery. Be sure to use a trackable mail service, and please note we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and we will cover the cost of shipping the exchange items back to you. For support or questions regarding your order, please contact our customer service support team via email at support@moxielash.com.
    • MoxieLash can only exchange items of the same type and same price (regularly priced) of the items within your possession as listed on our store.
