Exchange Policy?

    • MoxieLash is always happy to make sure that you’re satisfied with your order. 
    • We are pleased to accommodate exchanges within the first 7 days from the time your order was delivered. Simply send us an email to let us know if your lashes aren't quite the right fit for you!
    • Exchanges can only be done once per order. There are not exceptions to this.
    • MoxieLash can only exchange items that are of the same type (lashes to lashes, liner to liner) and of the same price from what the regularly marked items as based on our website prices.
    • Free gifts are non-exchangeable as they are not purchased items, but promotional offers.
