How do I track my UPS package?

After you purchase your MoxieLash products, it will take 24 hours to process before it goes out for shipment. Once your order ships with USPS, you will receive an email with a link to track your package. USPS will track your package from beginning to end, and you can go directly to their website to copy and paste your tracking number and find the exact location of your package.

 

USPS package tracking page is right HERE. You can also sign up for the USPS tracker HERE, so you get emails of when to expect your delivery. This will also help you to know when you should be available to retrieve your package.

 

Shipping typically takes between 5-7 days to get to your location from our warehouse after the 24 hours it takes to process your order. There are a few ways that your MoxieLash order may not get to you in time.

 

  1. If you accidentally entered the wrong address location. If this is the case, USPS will mark your package “return to sender.”
  2. While USPS will do everything they can to ensure you get your MoxieLash order, There is always a possibility that your package could get stolen. This is why it’s very important for you to make sure that you track your package with USPS online so that you are available to receive it when it arrives.  
  3. If your package says that it is delivered, and yet you can’t find it, please check with your neighbors to see if it accidentally got placed in the wrong location. Unfortunately, this does happen from time to time.
