How long does shipping take?

After the initial 24 hours that it takes to process your order, it's ready for shipment from our warehouse. It then takes between 5-7 days for it to arrive at your designated location. You do not need to worry about signing for your delivery as it’s delivered by your local post office. However, please make sure you are available to retrieve your product once it arrives.

 

If you are worried about your shipment, please feel free to reach out to us at info@moxielash.com. You can also go to the USPS website and track your order with the tracking number you receive once your order ships.

 

If for some reason your shipment doesn’t arrive, here are some things to know and do.

  • USPS will mark packages as ‘returned to sender’ if there is a possible issue with your address. If you see this status update on your tracking, please email us right away so that we may resend your order. We want you to get your MoxieLash order as soon as possible, and we are terribly sorry for any delay.

 

  • Check with family and neighbors - many customers find they did receive their order. If you have double checked and still have not received your order, feel free to send us an email to support@moxielash.com so we can make sure you receive your order. Or, you can contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777
  • MoxieLash will not be held responsible for stolen products. This is why it’s very important for you to go to the USPS website and track your order so you can be available to pick it up once it arrives.
