How do I initiate a return or exchange?

  1. You have 30 days to return or exchange your MoxieLash order. To ensure you receive proper instruction for returning your order, please send us an email to support@moxielash.com to initiate the returns process. Before sending back your product for a return or exchange, please note that you will need to get approval from our MoxieLash customer support.

How to Initiate your return or exchange guide:

  1. Please make sure your return or exchange is within the 30 day return/exchange policy window.
  2. Please make sure that your products are not tampered with or used. We won’t return any products from user error. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact our customer support atinfo@moxielash.com. You can also check out tons of tutorials and product FAQ to discover exactly how to use our MoxieLash products.
  3. Once you’ve discovered if your product is able to be returned or exchanged, you can get the process started.
  4. Make sure that your return or exchange is properly packaged so that there is no damage in transit.
  5. Get a tracking number from USPS and give it to us so that we can track it as well.
  6. We will not be held responsible for covering the cost of any return or exchanged products.
  7. We are not responsible for lost or missing products in transit.
  8. Please track the return of your product to MoxieLash using the USPS tracking system so that you also know exactly where your return or exchange product is.
