Damaged and defective products are covered under our 30-day, money-back guarantee in which affected customers have the choice of receiving a replacement product sent out at no additional charge or having their purchase amount for the damaged or defective product(s) refunded. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

Exchanges: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, MoxieLash accepts exchange requests within 7 days of order delivery. Exchanges are limited to once per order. Only items of the same type are eligible for exchange. If the items in the exchange request are not equal in price, the customer is responsible for the price increase. Please note that free gifts are non-exchangeable.
