What’s your return and exchange policy?

  1. You have 30 days from purchase to return or exchange your MoxieLash order. You can check out our full return and exchange policy HERE. Please note that we do not take returns or exchanges of MoxeLash product that has been tampered or damaged due to user error. Please contact us at support@moxielash.com to initiate the returns process. We can also be reached Monday through Friday, 9a-3p PST at (619) 436-4733. Please note that it takes 24 hours to respond to messages.

Here is a step-by-step guide to initiating a return and/or exchange with our policy:


  • If you need to make an exchange or return, please verify that it is within the 30 day window from the time of your purchase. Anything outside of that time frame is not eligible for a return or exchange.
  • After you have verified if your return or exchange is within that 30 day time frame, please contact the MoxieLash customer support team to initiate the process of properly returning and/or exchanging your product. They will initially be able to verify if your products are eligible for return as we can’t accept anything that is damaged or ruined by user error. We have tons of tutorials and instructions for how to properly care for you MoxieLash products.
  • Next, go to your local USPS and send your products back to us. Please note that we are not responsible for the payment of your return or exchange with USPS. Also, make sure that your return is properly packaged as we can’t return or exchange products that are damaged in transit.
  • We strongly recommend that you track your return or exchange via USPS tracking system. Once you have your tracking number, please contact us so that we can also keep watch. MoxieLash can’t be held responsible for any loss of products that might occur during transit. Tracking your products back to MoxieLash will allow you to know exactly where your products are and if they safely got to the MoxieLash warehouse.
