May I return or exchange my MoxieLash product without contacting you or getting an RMA?
- To ensure you receive proper instruction for returning your order, please send us an email to support@moxielash to initiate the returns process. We don’t do returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that have been used for sanitary purposes. If you have a specific questions regarding something you would like to return and our return policy, please send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org. We would love to help answer any questions you might have.
If you are unhappy with your MoxieLash order or accidentally ordered the wrong product, please let us know. If you discover that you placed your order and ordered the wrong item, we would like to help you resolve that. It takes 24 hours for us to process your MoxieLash order once we receive it. It then takes 5-7 days for your shipment to get to you from USPS. If you catch us in the “processing” phase, we can most likely adjust your order.
If you are making a return, it is important that you do all of the required steps so that we can effectively return your product. Here are some things to note below.
- We don’t exchange product that has been worn.
- We don’t return MoxieLash products like our magnetic lashes that have been worn or our MoxieLash eyeliner that has been used.
- We need you to contact us first before sending product back so that we can see if you qualify for a return.
- We will not be responsible for covering the cost of a return or exchange shipment.
- It is important that you track your return or exchange with USPS and also give us your tracking information so that we can know when to expect it to arrive.
