What is the return/exchange period?

  1. All customers have 30 days from the time they receive their order to exchange or return for a full refund. If you have any questions about our return policy, please reach out to our customer support at support@moxielash.com.

If you realize that you made a mistake on your order at checkout and need to make an adjustment, just keep in mind that our products ship within 24 hours. If you catch your error right away, we may be able to remedy the situation. You can cancel your order and create a new one, or add product to an existing order if you get ahold of us before the 24 hour time period before we ship with USPS. Otherwise, your product will arrive to you within 5-7 days, and then you can send it back.


MoxieLash will not cover any fee for returning product; that is the sole responsibility of the customer.


Please note that you may want to track your MoxieLash order to ensure that when it arrives, you are available to get it. You can sign up with USPS to track exactly where your package is at any time. It’s very important that you are available to get your package when it arrives as MoxieLash will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your product is not around and your USPS tracker says it has been delivered, please check with your neighbors to see if it was misplaced.
