When will I receive my exchange?

  1. Once your MoxieLash return is received and inspected, you will be refunded within 24 hours. Refunds typically take 3-7 business days to reflect on your account. Note: Most financial institutions will take an average of 3-7 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend to contact your financial institution.

If for some reason your return isn’t eligible for return, we will notify you immediately. It’s very important that you contact us first before sending back your product so that we can make sure that your product can be returned properly.

 

Here are some reasons why your return wouldn’t be eligible for a refund:

  • Your product is damaged from not using it properly.
  • You have used or tampered with your product.
  • User error. Please read all of the instructions for use of any of our MoxieLash products. We have a vast collection of information for all of our MoxieLash products. Make sure to check out our tutorials section and all of our product FAQ.

 

We will make special accommodations for a few various reasons. So it’s important that you get into contact with us. And- while we haven’t seen any negative reactions to any of our MoxieLash products, please let us know if you have one and we will get you taken care of.
