When will I receive my refund?

Once your exchange is received & inspected by our MoxieLash team, your replacement item/exchange will be shipped out within 2 business days. We do our best to get your products back out to you as soon as possible. Making you happy is essential to our company; that’s why we have gone to such great length to make our MoxieLash products easy to use with our high-tech magnetic lash and liner products.

 

If you have any questions or concerns about your MoxieLash order, please let us know so that we can answer any questions you might have. It’s important to us that you feel taken care of by our customer support team; we are happy to assist you in any way.

 

For your exchanges: Like any other order, it will take USPS 5-7 days to send you your new MoxieLash package. It’s very important for you to track your order with USPS and/or sign up to be notified of when your order will be arriving. We will not be held responsible for any lost product in transit.

 

If you find that your exchange doesn’t arrive on time, please check the tracker on USPS so that you are available to get your package once it arrives. We won’t be held responsible for any stolen or lost MoxieLash products. If for some reason your order says it was delivered to your address and it is not there, please check with the surrounding homes as sometimes things get misplaced.
