When will my products ship?

Once we receive your MoxieLash order, It takes 24 hours to process and be ready for shipment from our warehouse. It then takes between 5-7 days to arrive to your location via USPS from our warehouse.  Once your order ships, you can go to the USPS website, enter in your the tracking information that was sent, and see exactly where your product is in transit. It’s as easy as that.

 

You can easily track your USPS order rightHERE. You can also sign up for the USPS tracker HERE, so you get emails of when to expect your delivery. This is the best way to make sure that you get your product and know exactly when to be available to retrieve it.

To ensure that you get your MoxieLash products, make sure that you are tracking your order online with USPS. We recommend making sure that you are available to get your MoxieLash order when it arrives to avoid any potential loss of product.

 

If your tracking says that your order has arrived and yet it is not there, please check with your neighbors to see if it somehow got misplaced. There is also a chance that your package could have gotten stolen. While rare and unfortunate, that’s why it’s very important for you to track and make sure you are available to get your products. MoxieLash will not be held responsible for stolen or lost products. Again, make sure to track your MoxieLash order with USPS online.
