Where will my products be delivered?

Your MoxieLash order will be shipped via USPS and will be delivered to the address that was provided by you, the customer, at checkout. It’s very important to double check what address you enter into our system when you are checking out your MoxieLash products. With that said, you can always check the status of your order in transit through the USPS tracking system on their website. You can also sign up with USPS to be notified of when your order will arrive. We highly recommend doing both options for tracking your order so that you know exactly where your product is at any given time.

If for some reason your order says it has arrived and yet it’s not there, please reach out to neighbors as sometimes things get misplaced. MoxieLash will not be held responsible for any stolen or missing product.

 

Reasons for not getting your MoxieLash order:

  • Return to sender- please let us know so we can send out new product immediately.
  • Misplaced- please check with surrounding neighbors.
  • Stolen- we are terribly sorry for your loss. We will not be held responsible for lost product.
