We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days from the time your order was delivered. You are protected by our 30 day money back guarantee.

Located in the U.S. and need to initiate an exchange? No problem. If you need to exchange your order for any reason, please send us an email within 30 days of delivery. Be sure to use a trackable mail service, and please note we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. 1. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER? Yes! We are happy to exchange your order within our 30 day satisfaction guarantee policy.

2. WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE PERIOD? All customers have 30 days from the time their order is delivered to exchange their order.

3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY EXCHANGE? Yes, you are responsible for all exchange shipping costs. We recommend that you send your set back with a tracking option, because MoxieLash will not be responsible for lost packages.

4. HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER? Send us an email to support@moxielash.com to initiate an exchange. Please take 1-2 photos of your order as shown in the example below. If you have any feedback as to why you are returning your set - we'd love to hear it! Customer feedback is what helps our company learn and grow.

5. MAY I EXCHANGE MY MoxieLash ORDER WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU OR GETTING AN RMA? To ensure you receive proper instruction for exchanging your order, please send us an email to support@moxielash to initiate the exchange process.

6. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE? As soon as your exchange is received, inspected, and deemed exchangeable, your new replacement order will be shipped out within 24 hours.
