How does the subscription work?

What are my delivery options?
  • The SmartBox delivery frequency currently being offered is 30 & 45 days!
How do I cancel my subscription?
  • Visit the dashboard link that was emailed to you when you originally signed up for a subscription or you can contact our Customer Support team, and we will be happy to help you with your cancellation request!
What savings do I get for signing up for a subscription?
  • All subscription items are up to 70% off! Plus, you receive free shipping on monthly subscription orders! 
If I cancel my subscription, will my order be canceled as well?
  • When you (or a Customer Support team member) cancel your MoxieLash subscription, you are also canceling your next auto shipment to be delivered in the next 30 days. 
    You are NOT canceling the initial subscription order you placed with us. This order will still be delivered, and only your subscription will be canceled.
    If you wish to have your entire subscription order canceled, please contact us at Customer Support immediately and we will be happy to help!
Can discount codes be applied to subscriptions?
  • At this time, discount codes cannot be applied to subscriptions items. All subscription items are offered at up to 70% off!
How do I skip my monthly subscription?
  • Need to skip a month? No worries! You have the ability to pause or skip your subscription at any time! You can adjust your subscription within the customer subscription dashboard (the dashboard link was emailed to you when you originally signed up for subscriptions).
When will I be billed?
  • You will be billed for your subscription every 30 days! You can change your billing date within the customer subscription dashboard (the dashboard link was emailed to you when you originally signed up for subscriptions) OR you contact our Customer Support Team who will be happy to assist you!
Can I return or exchange my lash subscription once received?
  • All sales are final with subscription/SmartBox products.
How do I change the lash style I’m subscribed to?
  • You can change the products you are subscribed to within the customer subscription dashboard (the dashboard link was emailed to you when you originally signed up for subscriptions).
