How to Use

Remover Swabbies:

Once your lashes are removed, unwrap your Remover Swabbie. Use one side to soak the Magnetic Liner on the lash line and the other side to clean up. Don’t ever use it directly on your Magnetic Lashes and this can ruin the lash hairs.

All-in-1 Makeup Remover:

For the skin, soak a cotton ball with All-in-1 Makeup Remover and sweep over your face to remove makeup.
For lashes, moisten a cotton swab with All-in-1 Makeup Remover and trace along the lash line to loosen lashes. Easily erase Lashies Liner, leftover Magnetic Liner on micro-magnets, or lash hairs.

Shipping & Returns

After you make your purchase, it’s normal for it to take up to 48 hours for the shipment to be processed before it ships out, which isn’t included in the shipping times. Please do note, our warehouse is closed on the weekends and holidays so any orders made then will be processed on the following business day.

You can file a claim through Route for a missing package if the tracking hasn’t updated within the 5 days of the last update. (For example: If the last update on your tracking is April 4th, then you can file your claim on April 6th.)
If your tracking shows delivered before reaching out we recommend waiting up to 24 hours. While it’s rare, tracking can be marked delivered by mistake and you could receive the package the next day.
