Return Policy
MoxieLash is committed to ensuring your safety and satisfaction. To maintain these high standards, we have a strict policy of not accepting returned items.

Should you receive damaged or defective products, or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please take advantage of our 30-day money-back guarantee! With the Moxie Guarantee, we will send you a different lash style or issue you a full refund—no return required.

Please note: Original shipping costs and Route Package Protection are not eligible for refund.
Exchange policy

Not in love with your lashes? No worries – that is where our amazing exchange policy comes in! If you find that your lash or liner are not exactly what you were  looking for,  you can easily exchange it for another style or color of your choice.

  • When we process an exchange, we’ll do this lash for lash and liner for liner. For example, if you order a kit and are unhappy with the top lash, you can exchange that lash for another lash of your choice. The same goes for eyeliners.

  • If you’re interested in a cross brand exchange, we can only offer to exchange lashes for lashes and eyeliners for eyeliners, as mentioned above. Any accessories received can be used by both our Lashies and MoxieLash products.

  • Accessories cannot be exchanged. 
  • Exchanges are conducted once per order
  • Free items are not eligible for exchange.
  • We exchange at the original price listed on the site. 
  • Please note that no promotional codes can be used when exchanging unless an item is being purchased in addition to the exchange. The promotion would only apply to the additional item..
  • We do cover shipping costs unless an item is purchased in addition to the exchange.
Damaged & Defective
  • We’re so sorry about your order. At MoxieLash, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive damaged or defective products, for quality assurance purposes, please email us ASAP a picture of your item(s) to support@moxielash.com! We’ll take care of everything after that!

    Please note: MoxieLash does not cover damaged items due to misuse.

With the Moxie Guarantee, we will send you a different lash style or issue you a full refund—no return required. But please keep in mind that the original shipping costs are non-refundable!
Shipping Policy

After you make your purchase, it’s normal for it to take up to 48 hours for the shipment to be processed before it ships out which isn’t included in the shipping times. Please do note, our warehouse is closed on the weekends and holidays so any orders made then will be processed on the following business day. 

  • You can file a claim through Route for a missing package if the tracking hasn’t updated within the 5 days of the last update. (For example: If the last update on your tracking is April 4th, than you can file your claim on April 6th.)
  • If your tracking shows delivered before reaching out we recommend waiting up to 24 hours. While it’s rare, tracking can be marked delivered by mistake and you could receive the package the next day. 
  • If the customer entered the wrong address at the time of order, MoxieLash is not responsible for a replacement.
