HOW LONG WILL THE EYELINER & THE EYELASHES LAST ME?
The MoxieLash Magnetic Eyeliner is reusable up to 100 times. Your lashes, with proper adoration, will last you up to 30 times. That means each lash set could be worn everyday for a month! Wow!
WHAT’S IN THE EYELINER & IS IT CRUELTY FREE?
The MoxieLash Magnetic Eyeliner is 100% FDA certified & cruelty free. The added ingredient that makes the eyeliner work is iron powder.
Princeton Consumer Research independently studied the effects of prolonged magnetic lash use in healthy female subjects, and not a single adverse reaction was found. Having Magnetic and iron contents near your eyes productes no long term negative consequences.
Our internal tests as well as our customers have confirmed that our products do not damage the natural lash line like typical adhesives, extensions and growth serums do.
CAN I WEAR YOUR LASHES IF I HAVE ALOPECIA OR HAVE UNDERGONE CHEMOTHERAPY?
Yes! We have many customers who use our MoxieLash products as the solution for their hair loss. The lashes do not need to adhere to your eyelashes - but instead adhere to the liner on your lid.
WHAT ARE THE LASHES & YOUR BRUSH MADE OF?
Our different lash styles are made out of different material. For example, while our classy lash is purely synthetic for a totally natural look, our Sassy & Flashy lash come in faux mink to create a bold & dramatic look. Classy & sassy come with 3 magnets. Flashy comes with 5 magnets.
Our brush is made from plastic fiber.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All of our orders are dispatched out of our warehouse within 24 hours. Shipping usually takes about 3 business days to deliver from the time it was dispatched out.

CAN I USE OTHER EYE MAKEUP WHILE WEARING MOXIELASH?
Yes! Moxie lashes are used interchangeably with just about any makeup look you can fathom.
While we do not recommend applying mascara on your MoxieLash, feel free to apply mascara on your natural lashes to blend with MoxieLash.
Feel free to go about your normal eye makeup routine from eyeshadow, eyebrow pens and glitter. We would love to see the looks you come up with using our lashes. Feel free to show us by tagging our Instagram @MoxieLash in your photos, and hash tagging #Moxiebabe. We’d love to feature what you come up with!
HOW DO I REMOVE & CLEAN MY LASHES?
Our lashes make removal so easy! To remove your lashes, grab the false eyelash as close to the eyelid as possible, starting at the inner corner of your eye and then pull them away from the eyelid.
Our eyeliner can be removed with Micellar water or any makeup remover with oil.
If you get any makeup on your lashes - you can also use a small amount of makeup remover or a makeup wipe to clean your lashes.
We do not recommend putting mascara on the lashes to extend their lifetime.
HOW CAN I MAKE SURE THAT MOXIELASH FITS MY EYESHAPE?
Moxie Lashes come in 3 different styles to accommodate different eye shapes. Each lash is designed to fulfill a need. Our lashes also come with multiple magnets, giving you the opportunity to cut the lashes down into smaller sections so you have full control.
For example, our Flashy lash is our only lash that comes with 5 magnets. Cut it down into 4, 3 or even 2 magnets. Our classy is intended for more of a natural look while our sassy intends to give you just the right amount of sass with 3 magnets and its more bold, wispy look.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
Our factory is located in China. It's not easy to find a manufacturing partner that feels like a natural extension of your own business. Our factory has all the right attributes: it utilizes bright spacious facilities, modern methods, provides comfortable conditions and convenience for local communities. Our full time staff work closely with our factory to assure rigid standards of quality, environment and safety.
CAN I PERFORM RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES?
All kinds of recreational activities can be enjoyed while wearing your MoxieLash lashes. Whether you want to maintain your look at the gym, hiking, or even riding a bike! If you’d like to go swimming, we strongly suggest removing them before you get in the water.

How do I cancel my order?
All orders are processed within 24 hours or less. If you would like to edit or cancel your order, you can contact us at support@MoxieLash.com within 30 minutes of order placement to cancel your order.

All customers receive tracking information via email as soon as it is available. In many cases USPS will have delayed tracking updates, approximately 24-48 hours from the original scan of your shipment. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
To assure you receive your refund, please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
