What is the Moxie Insider Club?▾
The Moxie Insider Club is our free loyalty program. You earn points on your MoxieLash.com purchases and redeem them for rewards to use like cash on your next order.
Who can join the Moxie Insider Club?▾
Any U.S. resident who is 18 or older. Program communications are in English and point values are in U.S. dollars.
Is it free to join the Moxie Insider Club?▾
Yes, it's 100% free. Just create a MoxieLash account with your full name and email and agree to the program terms.
Where can I earn Moxie points?▾
You earn points on merchandise you buy on MoxieLash.com and don't return: 2, 4 or 6 points per $1 depending on your level. You can also earn bonus points for creating an account, downloading the Moxie app, following us on Instagram and Facebook, your birthday, and referring friends. Points appear 30 days after your order ships. Taxes, shipping, fees, gift cards and discount amounts don't earn points.
What do I get with my Moxie Points?▾
Every 1,000 points gets you $10 in Moxie Rewards to shop on MoxieLash.com: 500 points = $5, 1,500 points = $15, 3,000 points = $30.
Do Moxie Rewards expire?▾
Yes. Rewards expire 6 months from the date they're issued. You'll find the expiration date under Points & Rewards history in your account.
Why didn't I earn Moxie Rewards Points on my purchase?▾
The most common reasons: you checked out as a guest (log in before checkout so points go to your account), your points are still pending (they post 30 days after your order ships), the order shipped outside the U.S., or the order was returned.
What happens to my points when I return items?▾
Points earned on returned items, including bonus points, are deducted from your account. Your balance can go negative after a return.
Can I transfer my points?▾
No. Points stay with the account that made the purchase and can't be transferred or combined across accounts.
I received an email saying I get triple points on a brand-of-the-month. What does that mean?▾
During special double-points events, Moxie Insiders earn extra points on qualifying purchases. How many events you get each year depends on your level, and the points are added automatically.
How can I attain a higher level?▾
Your level is based on your calendar year-to-date spend on MoxieLash.com: Premium starts at $150 and Prestige at $300.
If I move up a level, what happens to my previous benefits?▾
You keep the benefits of every level below your new one.
How long will my benefits last?▾
Your level and benefits last for the calendar year you qualify in and the full calendar year after that. Then you requalify based on your spend.
Is it possible for me to lose access to the points and benefits I've earned?▾
Yes. MoxieLash can change or end the program at any time, and points and rewards expire if the program ends. Participation can also be cancelled for violating the terms, reselling products, manipulating the program, excessive returns, fraud or abuse.
