Not in love with your lashes? No worries – that is where our amazing exchange policy comes in! If you find that your lash or liner are not exactly what you were looking for,  you can easily exchange it for another style or color of your choice.

Please note:

• Accessories cannot be exchanged.
• Exchanges are conducted once per order.
• "Flash Sale” items & bundled limited-time sale items (E.g. “3 for $30" , "BUY 5 GET 5" , Magnetic Kits for $29) are not eligible for refund or exchange.
• Once a Gift Card is issued for an item, a refund can no longer be processed.
• Free items are not eligible for exchange.
• We exchange at the original price listed on the website.
