Customs fees
  • We want to remind you that MoxieLash is not responsible for customs fees determined by government regulations. Shipping fees are fees associated with your delivery courier, not customs regulations.
Delivered to the wrong address
  • Thank you for your order! We print every shipping label exactly as it's entered on our website. Unfortunately, if you entered the wrong address at the time of order, MoxieLash will not cover a replacement. If you have any questions please reach out to us at support@moxielash.com.
Lost package
  • Sometimes things get lost— we get it! Fortunately, if you purchased Route Package Protection, you are eligible for a refund or a replacement if the package is lost or stolen!
Damaged package
We’re so sorry about your package. Our MoxieLash team securely packs every order, but we can’t control what happens after a package leaves our warehouse. If you purchased Route Package Protection, you are eligible for a refund or a replacement if the package is damaged in transit!
