Managing Your Subscription

Updating Subscription Items

  • Log in to your Moxie Account: Visit the Moxie Account Login page and sign in with your credentials.
  • Navigate to the Subscriptions section in your account dashboard.
  • Select the subscription you’d like to update.
  • Update the items included in your subscription.

Skipping a Subscription Shipment

  • Log in to your Moxie Account.
  • Go to the Manage Subscriptions section in your dashboard.
  • Find the shipment you want to skip and select the skip option.
  • Important: Make sure to skip before the billing date for your next shipment.

Cancelling or Editing a Subscription

  • Log in to your Moxie Account.
  • Navigate to Manage Subscriptions in your account dashboard.
  • Select the subscription you want to manage.
  • From there, you can edit details or cancel your subscription.
