  1. Remove each cluster from the lash pad with applicator.
  2. Place the cluster under your natural lashes.
  3. Try them out & discover all kinds of new looks with Lashies!
  4. Enjoy up to 7 days of wear. To remove, gently peel off from the outer edge inward.
  5. REMOVAL: Starting from the outer edges, use your fingers to gently pull the lash from the eye by the tips of the clusters..

After you make your purchase, it’s normal for it to take up to 48 hours for the shipment to be processed before it ships out, which isn’t included in the shipping times. Please do note, our warehouse is closed on the weekends and holidays so any orders made then will be processed on the following business day. 

  • You can file a claim through Route for a missing package if the tracking hasn’t updated within the 5 days of the last update. (For example: If the last update on your tracking is April 4th, then you can file your claim on April 6th.)
  • If your tracking shows delivered before reaching out we recommend waiting up to 24 hours. While it’s rare, tracking can be marked delivered by mistake and you could receive the package the next day. 
  • If you entered the wrong address at the time of order, MoxieLash is not responsible for a replacement.

Of course! MoxieLash Magnetic Eyeliner is typically safe for people with sensitive skin. Our formula has absolutely no heavy metals or parabens. It contains iron powder, which is non-toxic according to the EWG. If you have specific concerns or have recently undergone eye surgery, please consult your doctor.
First things first- prime your eyes! Primer is optional, but if you want your makeup to stay longer, you should do this and set your primer with a translucent powder or eyeshadow. Next, shake your Magnetic Eyeliner, then open and sweep the brush against the rim to remove any excess liner. Apply the liner from the inner corner to the outer corner of your eyelid, allowing the magnetic liquid liner to dry for three minutes. After three - five minutes, touch the back of your finger against the liner—if no residue comes off, it’s fully dry! Then, get your favorite pair of Moxie lashes and place them close to the liner to level up your lash game.
With proper care and storage, your MoxieLash lashes will last you 50 uses. Bionic Silk MoxieLash lashes will last up to 60 uses!
Lifted lash corners are NO fun. To tackle lifted corners, we recommend curling the lash band around your finger to bend the lash band itself. This helps loosen it up so that it flexes and contours to your eye shape. Another tip is adding a little extra liner in the stubborn area itself to keep your lash secure!
Are your lashes a little too long? Good news— they’re customizable! To trim your lashes, measure the lash on your eye before applying the Magnetic Liner and decide how much you need to trim off. Take our MoxieLash Scissors and snip off the excess from the outer corner flush to the last magnet. Then apply your liner and lashes like normal.

Amazing!

I bought the Starter Lite kit on a whim, in case I ever wanted to try it. I'd just started to recover from Covid a couple of weeks ago (yes, I'd had all the vaccines), but discovered on New Years Eve that my eyelashes had almost all fallen out (didn't know that was a side effect).

Put three clusters on each eye while talking with a friend on the phone. I honestly wrecked a few, but that was to be expected with the learning curve. Now, I'm addicted. Thanks Moxielash. You've made it too easy for me!

Long and Luxurious

I don’t normally wear false lashes because they are either messy, too difficult, or irritating. That is NOT the case with the nano technology Lash Clusters!! These are the only lashes I have found so far that are easy to apply, comfortable and they last for days! I’m just on day 3 and they are holding up well! I sleep, hot tub, shower, etc and they stay on great!! The Lady Lash that I have on today are not super full but long and a more natural look, love them!!
