Customs Fees - information
  • We want to remind you that MoxieLash does not have control over duties charged by the government. We are required to ship everything in accordance with international law. If fees are applied, it cannot be undone by us. Please contact the customs agency officials to find out all applicable taxes and duties, if any. Those charges vary greatly from country to country and will not be covered by MoxieLash.

Subscriptions

How do subscriptions work? 

  • Our subscription service offers you a hassle-free way to enjoy your favorite products regularly without the need to reorder each time. Simply select your desired product and choose how often you'd like to receive it (e.g., 30, 60, 90 days). Enter your payment information to start your subscription, and we'll take care of the rest, automatically billing you according to your selected schedule. Your products will be delivered directly to your doorstep at the frequency you've chosen. You have complete control over your subscription through our customer portal, where you can pause, cancel, or adjust your subscription details at any time, such as changing your delivery frequency or updating your payment information. It's a simple, convenient, and flexible way to ensure you always have your favorite products on hand

What Delivery Options Are Available for My Subscription?

  • We offer flexible, convenient delivery frequencies: choose from every 30, 60, or 90 days. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

  • If you decide to cancel your subscription, simply log in to our customer portal [LINK]. There, you'll find the option to cancel under your subscription details. If you have any questions or need assistance, our customer support team is here to help!

If I cancel my subscription, will my order be canceled as well?

  • If you cancel your Moxie subscription, it stops the automatic shipments scheduled for the next 30 days and beyond. However, this cancellation does not affect the initial order you placed; that order will still be delivered to you as planned. Only future shipments are canceled.

Can discount codes be applied to subscriptions?

  • Currently, discount codes are not eligible for use on subscription items, as these products are already offered at a special discounted rate. 

How do I skip my monthly subscription?

  • Need to skip a month? No worries! You can pause or skip your subscription at any time! You can adjust your subscription within the customer subscription portal. 

Can I return or exchange my lash subscription once received?

  • Of course - our goal is to find you the perfect lash style!  If you are not satisfied with the style you received, please reach out to our Support team! We are happy to look into exchange options for you. *Please note that exchanges for subscription items will be conducted at regular pricing.

How do I change the products I’m subscribed to?

  • You can change the products you are subscribed to within the customer subscription portal.

Do I pay shipping for every subscription shipment?

  • Nope - it’s on us!  All Moxie subscription customers receive FREE standard monthly shipping!

  • We're committed to providing a fair and enjoyable experience for every subscriber. Our team vigilantly tracks subscription activities to maintain this standard. Accounts with excessive sign-ups and cancellations (defined as three or more per calendar year) may face restricted access. This approach ensures our service remains enjoyable and fair for all.

How does "Try Before You Buy" work?

  1. Choose items to try. You'll see an authorization on your card, but you'll only pay for what you keep. 
  2. Try at home. Your trial starts when your items arrive. 
  3. Easy returns. Only pay for what you keep.

When does my trial period start?

  • Your trial period begins the moment your package is delivered to you. We closely monitor the delivery, and as soon as it arrives, you'll get a notification from us to let you know your trial has started. If your order arrives in multiple packages, rest assured, your trial period will kick off with the delivery of the first package, ensuring you have ample time to try out your selections.

How do I return items I do not want to purchase?

  • Contact our Customer Support team to get started with a return. 

Why does TryNow place an authorization on my credit card?

  • Similar to a hotel or rental car company, we authorize your card to ensure you have the funds available. When you checkout, an authorization for the full amount of your order is placed on your card to reserve funds if you choose to keep your items. An authorization is not the same as a charge in that our systems are strictly ensuring that the card that was provided at checkout is both valid and has the appropriate funds available to cover the cost of any items kept in the future.

I thought this was a free trial but I see a charge on my card -- can you help me understand? 

  • We will not charge you for any items until the end of your trial. We do place an authorization on your card for the total amount of your order. This is how we ensure that funds can be captured for items you keep -- it’s just like a hold that hotels or rideshare apps use, and it helps protect us against fraud. The way authorizations display on your statement varies by bank. Typically, authorizations are labeled as “pending” or they will not have a date associated with the charge, indicating that the charge has not yet been posted.

When will the authorization come off of my card? 

  • TryNow will charge and close your order after your trial + several days for any returns to process. At that point, the authorization will drop and you’ll be charged for the items you kept. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 24-48 hours for your statement to update.
