Creating & Managing Your Moxie Account
Creating an Account
- Click the account icon in the top-right corner of the website.
- Register with your name, email address, and a password. Or visit the Account Sign Up Page and use the same email address you used for your order.
- Enter your details, create a password, and follow the prompts to complete setup.
- Note: If you haven’t created a password, you do not have an account. Signing up for emails or placing an order does not automatically create one.
- Once created, you can manage orders, subscriptions, rewards, and enjoy exclusive offers.
Viewing Orders & Rewards
- After logging in, you can view your order history and rewards from your account dashboard.
Resetting Your Password
- If you forgot your password, click the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page. You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
Troubleshooting Login Issues
- Double-check that you’re using the correct email address and password.
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies if you still have trouble logging in.
