Cancelling an Order

Need to cancel your order? Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for cancellation. Cancellations are only possible before orders are processed. If your order has already shipped, check our return policy for next steps.

Modifying an Order

To update your order (such as changing the shipping address, item, or quantity), reach out to customer support team as soon as possible. Once a shipping label has been created and the order has left our warehouse, modifications can no longer be made.
