Managing Your Subscription
Updating Subscription Items
- Log in to your Moxie Account: Visit the Moxie Account Login page and sign in with your credentials.
- Navigate to the Subscriptions section in your account dashboard.
- Select the subscription you’d like to update.
- Update the items included in your subscription.
Skipping a Subscription Shipment
- Log in to your Moxie Account.
- Go to the Manage Subscriptions section in your dashboard.
- Find the shipment you want to skip and select the skip option.
- Important: Make sure to skip before the billing date for your next shipment.
Cancelling or Editing a Subscription
- Log in to your Moxie Account.
- Navigate to Manage Subscriptions in your account dashboard.
- Select the subscription you want to manage.
- From there, you can edit details or cancel your subscription.
