Changing or Cancelling Your Order
- To cancel or edit an order before it ships, contact customer support via live chat or email at support@moxielash.com.
- Once a label has been created and the package has left the warehouse, the order cannot be cancelled. If an address was entered incorrectly, MoxieLash cannot guarantee a replacement.
- If your order has shipped, follow the return policy after delivery.
