Gift Cards

Digital gift cards are available in multiple denominations and are delivered by email.

Redeeming a Gift Card Enter your gift card code at checkout under “Gift card or discount code.”

Refunds & Restrictions Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Once a gift card is issued, it cannot be refunded.

Returns Paid With Gift Cards If you use a gift card to pay for an order and later return the items, the refund will be credited back to the original gift card. The refund amount will be reapplied to your card balance and can be used toward future purchases.

Important Notes Partial Refunds: If only part of your order is returned, the refund will be applied proportionally to your gift card. Gift Card Balance: Any remaining balance after a purchase or refund will stay on the card and can be used for future orders. Lost or Stolen Cards: MoxieLash is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. If your card is lost or stolen, please contact customer support right away, though we may not be able to reissue or replace it.
