Ways to Earn Points: Create an account (150 pts), download the Moxie app (150 pts), follow on Instagram (250 pts), follow on Facebook (250 pts), birthday (500 pts), refer a friend (2500 pts).

Redeeming Points: 500 pts = $5, 1500 pts = $15, 3000 pts = $30, every 1000 pts = $10 in rewards.

How do I earn points? Points are earned on purchases (excluding taxes, shipping, discounts) and appear 30 days after shipping.

Do points expire? Yes, 6 months from issue date.

How are tiers determined? Based on year-to-date spend ($150 Premium, $300 Prestige). Benefits last through the year you qualify plus the following year.

Didn’t earn points? Possible reasons: checked out as a guest, points still pending (30 days after shipping), order shipped outside the U.S., or order was returned.

Returned purchases: Points earned from returned purchases (including bonuses) are deducted from your account.

Redeemed Rewards Once points are redeemed for a reward (such as a discount code), they are considered used and cannot be returned to your account, even if the order is canceled or refunded.
