If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, live in the U.S. and need to initiate a return, no problem. Please send us an email within 30 days of delivery to exchange or return your product for a full refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. To assure you receive your refund, please use a trackable mail service, and please note we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
